These terms will apply when you buy any product from INKI (inkioriginals.com). Please read them carefully and make sure you understand them before ordering from our site. Please note that by placing an order you agree to these terms.

These general terms and conditions apply to every order placed with INKI and each agreement concluded are between INKI and customer. The agreement between INKI and the customer is concluded via the website of INKI. By placing an order the customer agrees to the content and its applicability to the agreement which the customer concludes with INKI.

INKI reserves the right to limit 1 (one) item per order during busy times. INKI reserves the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept any orders. INKI reserves the right to temporarily close or limit the use of the site during software updates or busy periods. Existing customers will still have access to their user log-in facilities, including order management.

DESCRIPTIONS, VISUAL AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

All products displayed on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to reflect product colours as accurately as possible, we are unable to guarantee that your computer or monitor will display colours accurately.

All renderings, drawings, photos, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued on this website and any descriptions, photos or illustrations contained on the INKI website are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described in them and they will not form part of the contract with you.

HOW TO PAY

You can pay for products safely and securely using a debit card, credit card or PayPal as facilitated on our site. INKI uses SSL Web Server Certificates in line with our Privacy policy to protect your purchase information. Payment for the products and all applicable delivery charges will be taken at the time of ordering.

PRICES

The prices displayed on this site are quoted in GB Pounds. Prices for our products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order you have already placed.

Prices quoted in GB Pounds include VAT at 20% (UK Tax) and are subject to change if the applicable rate of VAT changes before your order is accepted.

Prices do not include shipping. Shipping cost varies depending on delivery address and is chargeable at the time of checkout. Occasionally we may offer promotion’s related to shipping charges.

DELIVERY

Current dispatch times are 1-3 weeks from date of receipt of purchase.

If the agreed delivery date is not possible, the customer will be informed at the latest within 7 days after placing the order and have the option to cancel their order for full refund.

INKI insures each purchase during the time of transit until it is offered to the customer. Subject to evidence to the contrary, the delivery obligation of INKI will be fulfilled as soon as the goods delivered by INKI have been offered to the customer once. The report of the carrier is full proof that the goods have been offered for delivery.

International customers are responsible for all import duties, tax or administration charges that may be applied by your local customs. These charges can vary depending on the country. we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.

SIZE DOESN’T FIT?

Our sizes are in keeping with standard UK sizing but we offer a tailoring option so that you can be sure the size fits perfectly. If you order a size and find the fit isn’t right we will remake your design in another size free of charge (excluding shipping costs).

Products can be returned by emailing info@inkioriginals.com for a returns numbers. Once the item has been returned we will remake the product again.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND REPAIRS 

Please note:

All products made by INKI are “bespoke & made-to-order” for the customer according to the personal specifications given by the customer and as a result, cannot be refunded. we provide an effective online tool to allow you to see what your getting and we offer sample packs so you can be sure of the colour and the quality of fabrics before you buy. Sample packs cost  £10 although refunded if you make a purchase.

INKI will accept cancelled orders if the cancellation is requested within 24 hours of purchase by email to info@inkioriginals.com

Although we are not legally required to refund bespoke & made to order products we do take pride in what we do and want to provide a great service to our customers. If you’re not entirely happy with your product then please get in touch and we’ll see what can be done.

In some cases, products will be remade or adjusted once the original order has been returned and received.

(your statutory rights are not affected)

We offer a ’one-off’ for a 12 month period from the date of purchase a free repair service for INKI products even if it’s your fault. We require you to return the item with a pre-paid return postage preferably using carbon neutral shipping. Regretfully we cannot guarantee inviable repair but we can guarantee we’ll do our best. Contact info@inkioriginals.com to request a repair return number.

PRIVACY

INKI uses SSL Web Server Certificates that enables the most visible security indicator: The green address bar in high-security browsers, assuring you that the INKI site is secure and your identity has been authenticated to the industry’s highest standard. When you see the green address bar you can be confident to proceed and complete your transaction.

When you shop with us or communicate your personal details to our payment system that then talks to our merchant provider, SSL allows all personal information, such as your credit card number, to be encrypted as it travels from one designated place to the next. Once received, the information is unencrypted and processed. At no time is your credit card number stored on our website or in our online database.

If the customer places an order with INKI, his/her non-financial data will be added to our customer base. INKI adheres to the rules and regulations of the law, with respect to privacy and will not provide customer information to third parties.

RETENTION OF TITLE

Ownership of all products delivered by INKI to the customer, remain with INKI as long as the customer has not met its obligation towards INKI under the agreement or under previous similar agreements.The product designs made available by INKI remain the property of INKI, regardless of the version composed by the customer.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you agree that the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement.
